Currently an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at Missouri State University. My research focuses on: i.) processes and dynamics of Top Management Teams, ii.) advanced statistical modeling (e.g., mixture modeling and longitudinal modeling), and iii.) employee ethicality. I primarily teach undergraduate courses in Strategic Management, but on occasion also teach the following courses: Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Principles of Management, and Business Analytics.

Revised and administered employee engagement survey for local client. Analyzed data and gave executive summary and presentation to client executives
