Currently teaching part-time at the university’s Health Science program, the courses focus on adequate healthcare to the growing and aging population. Overall, learning about healthcare services and teaching wellness to the community. The degree program builds upon a common foundation, consisting of general education and biology, chemistry and physics courses, and leads to tracks in community health, exercise and fitness, and nutrition.
Research Cardiac Sonographer
Jason worked at Yale New Haven Hospital as a Research Cardiac Sonographer
Research Interventionist
The LIFE study research project.
The life study is a geriatric study that compares physical activity intervention to successful aging education intervention, to study the long term effects of the interventions on many health issues that tend to affect people as they age. The duties consisted of checking blood pressure, walking with the participants, leading the balance, strength, and flexibility exercises, and interacting with the participants.
