Poor
Pros with Prof. Choi are: 1) he doesn't spam with a bunch of emails, 2) he leaves us alone to work online without micromanagement. Cons are: 1) He has an unclear grading criteria (I never actually got a feedback from him), 2) Most of the classwork he gives involves opinion-based writing rather than a research-backed stance. Honestly, it's a bit tough to maneuver an A in this class.
Good
At first, Prof. Choi is hard to understand because of his accent, but you'll get used to it as time passes by. In every test and quiz, he gives extra credit. I suggest you take notes from ppt especially if he says that it is important because it's really going to appear on exams and pop quiz. 10/10 would recommend taking his class.
Good
Initially, Professor Choi is difficult to understand, but you'll grasp it quickly. Extra credit on every exam and very easy. He has pop quizzes at the end of the course, but they are verbatim about the lecture given previously. He takes attendance so be sure to show up. Also, don't be on your phone during class or he'll start ranting. This class is an easy A.
Good
You'll think you're going to hate Professor Choi's class at first because it's a bit hard to understand. However, after the first two weeks, it will be easy. His exams are very simple. He offers extra ten points extra credit on every exam, and those are just definitions. Overall, he's my favorite professor in my political science class.
