I teach a variety of courses in the fields of exercise science and psychology. In addition to my academic pursuits, I am actively engaged in research and practice. My current research interests include understanding factors related to experienced stress and regret with the goal of minimizing regret and stress in the future. I work with teams and athletes to help them improve performance by utilizing their mental skills.

Sport Psychology Consultant
I have been conducting individual, group, team, and parent sessions, in addition to coaching clinics and workshops. My focus is on enhancing performance by utilizing mental skills. I currently moved to West Chester, PA and look forward to working with athletes in the area.

I worked in both the physical education and exercise science departments, teaching a variety of classes including, but not limited to, sport and exercise psychology and motor learning.
