My passionate of improving my skill sets to better perform my tasks have always driven me to do my very best. I am eager to connect with others who share the same work ethic like me.
For over 10 years, my career have taken me thru the appraisal industry specializing in the areas of accounting, financial, and insurance reporting for Public Sector clients in the educational, health care, hospitality and municipality sectors as well as working with private sector clients such as condo boards. I have also provided assets management services and valuation reports to corporation and small business across North America. During these years, I progress from an appraiser into management role where I train, mentor and supervise a team of valuation consultants in the Public Sector group.
Recently I have been working at the University of Saskatchewan to fulfill my dream to work at the educational level. I have filled in various roles such as a operations and program manager to exam processing technician. My duties included providing leadership, oversight and guidance to all administration to giving feedback to exams marking and course evaluations to better assist the student experience.
I also enjoy volunteering for youth development organization such as Junior Achievement of Saskatchewan and helping out with the student mentors' programs at the University of Saskatchewan. I have offered my knowledge and time with the American Society of Appraisers in their international chapter. These experiences have given me the opportunity to help guide numerous students, fellow colleagues and appraisal professionals as they find their path to success. Along the way I am able to built a good network with the local business and professional communities.
