Prof. Carroll doesn't follow syllabus. He gives out long tests that are impossible to finish in an hour. However, you are allowed to have notes. He also gives a group project at the end. He never grades work on time as well. I actually felt like I never learned anything in this class and I definitely never touched my textbook.
