Team teaching GB320 Integrated Business Project: In this course, students work on a project team to solve real world problems for real organizations. The project enables students to develop a better understanding of how the traditional business functions are integrated in the workplace. Students review key principles in accounting, business processes, finance, management, marketing and operations within the context of project management. They will analyze the problem facing the client company, develop and evaluate a set of alternative solutions and present a program of recommendations to the sponsoring organization at the end of the semester. The project enables teams to analyze real firms' potential to introduce new goods and/or services, introduce existing goods and/or services to new markets, and/or develop other growth opportunities, as well as to present a business proposal.
Lecturer & GB410 Strategy Coordinator
Full-time faculty member, Lecturer, in the Management Department teaching Global Strategic Management and Operations Management. The GB410 Global Strategy course focuses on the role of top management formulating and implementing long-term strategic goals in an ever evolving international environment. GB410 Co-coordinator for the Bentley capstone course, managing, coordinating and managing assurance of learning or the AACSB strategy course. Serving as the co-chair of the Teaching and Scholarly Activities Committee.
Strategic Planner
Working in the Strategic Planning Directorate, developed plans for the National Guard's response and support capabilities for local and state government during domestic disasters such as flooding, hurricanes, pandemics, and terrorists acts. Coordinate and publish current status and capabilities of units tasked with providing continuity of operations and continuity of government. Manage the database of military unit's response capabilities and coordinate the support requirements with adjacent states, federal, state & local agencies. Developed the first Joint Combined State Strategic Plan (JSCCP) for Massachusetts in accordance with Department of Homeland Security (HLS), Department of Defense (DOD) and National Guard Bureau (NGB) guidance. Assigned to provide operational support to the Joint Operations Center/Mass Emergency Management Agency command center during the Massachusetts floods of May 2006 and other state emergencies. Current security clearance level is SECRET.
Senior Small Group Leader
Thirty plus year service member of the MAARNG. Currently assigned as an Instructor, Senior Small Group Leader, for the Army Basic Instructor Course(ABIC). Experience teaching BNCOC- Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Course, OCS- Officer Candidate School and TASGI- Total Army Small Group Instructor. Primary Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) is 11B, Infantry, with a secondary of 12B Combat Engineer. Experience over 30 years include Recon NCO, Operations NCO, Operations Officer, Intelligence Officer, Platoon Leader, Executive Officer and 5 years as a Rifle Company Commander with the 101st and 182nd Infantry Battalions.

Adjunct professor in the Gabelli School of Business teaching Principles of Management, Operations Management, and Business Enterprise. Served as academic advisor for freshman students. Lecturer for communications track at the Leadership Institute at Roger Williams University and lecturer for communications and planning tracks for the Middle East Project Initiative.
