Prof. Lindahl is a great prof with a great personality. I had fun with his summer session 186 class. He is always willing to engage with students on each and everything. He also cracks jokes every now and then. He's a true philosophy professor. He gives a paper, midterm, final, but everything was straightforward and well-guided with clear instructions.

Professor Lindahl is one of the best professors I have ever had. He's hilarious and made the classroom environment comfortable and relaxed. When it comes to grades, deadlines, attendance or should I say everything, he's pretty lenient. If you get the chance to take one of his classes, don't hesitate to take it.

You will learn a lot from Prof. James!!! Regardless of your major, I'd recommend taking him!!! He will really inspire you in so many ways. What you'll learn is solely foundation in the discipline, but he actually goes beyond that to give you context and relation between several philosophers and their thoughts.

Professor Lindahl is very soft-hearted and hilarious. He's a wholesome teacher who made philosophy painless for students. He has very clear grading standards and study guides for the tests. His class consists of two essays, two midterms, and a final. You need a book that is not pricey for essays. His online teaching has been great too. The online midterm was an open note. Overall, he's an easy A teacher who cares a lot. I highly recommend his class.
