Prof. Solan is the best choice for COMM120! Her lectures are pretty interesting and informative. You'll get a little bit of sociology, psychology, and more in lectures. However, she's a tough grader and she doesn't give much exams or assignments; thus, each of it is worth a lot. One bad grade can actually bring your grade down.

Prof. Solan is one of a kind! I'd honestly take her again if given the opportunity. She's very clear on her expectations. I suggest you attend her class, take notes, and make friends! Though she doesn't give extra credit, she's a pretty fair grader!!! She's very open-minded as well! 10/10 would recommend her class!
