Dr. Jacquelyn D. Elliott has 30 years of experience in higher education including 22 years in senior leadership positions managing resources, people, and information. She is experienced in the executive-level responsibilities of strategic planning, organizational development, budgeting, trustee and government relations. She has a background in a diverse set of professional areas including admission, financial aid, student services, retention, graduate and adult recruitment, resource development, alumni relations, institutional advancement, institutional research, registration functions, accreditation, media relations, and instruction. She has implemented successful strategic enrollment plans at three different institutions. She has additionally been the lead strategist for a national comprehensive fund-raising campaign for a small private college. In her last position, her responsibilities included the coordination of institutional academic program development, accreditation, and faculty development and training in Kuwait and Oman. She also taught masters and doctoral classes in Higher Education Leadership program at the University of Missouri--St. Louis. Her work as a faculty development trainer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia continues with focus on women in leadership, and she has led the Kingdom's first national faculty mentorship program from inception to fruition.
