- Develop and maintain partnerships with 500+ employers in the Hospitality industry and community partners (professional, governmental and non-profit organizations) for experience-based educational opportunities for Rosen College of Hospitality Management in the largest internship program at University of Central Florida.
- Instruction provided to over 3,000 unique students over ten semesters in the degree-required internship courses at the Rosen College. Student Earnings and Economic Impact of the program during this period valued at over $30 Million.
- Developed relations and provided services in cooperation with College Administration (Deans and Chairs), UCF Foundation, International Studies, Career Services, Alumni Relations, Research & Commercialization, Academic Advisement, and Student and Professional Associations within the Rosen College, UCF and regional campuses.
- Developed and coordinated the first institutional partnerships with international employers in Japan, Bermuda, and Brazil for international experiential learning opportunities.
- Serve as the designated liaison for the International Services Center to advise and support F-Visa International Students with Curricular Practical Training and Optional Practical Training per USCIS regulations.
- Led a team of instructors, coordinators, and advisors.
- Awarded competitive grant from Learning Institute for Elders at UCF (2013).
- Responsible for design and development of internship courses through IDL6543 Online Distance Learning Certification (Fall 2014).
- Accreditation Committee – Accreditation Council for Co-operative Education, 5 years renewal (2015).
