    The Brooklyn Community Men's Chorus is a multicultural, multiracial group of seasoned and passionate men who rehearse regularly at the YWCA of Brooklyn (3rd Ave. just off Atlantic Ave.), and who sing for various community functions and events. Supporting causes such as anti-violence, equal rights and opportunities for all, BCMC has performed at community events such as: A Street Re-Naming ceremony in E. Flatbush Brooklyn- Christopher Rose Way- honoring the son of a BCMC member who was tragically killed in street violence; honoring the women residents of the YWCA of Brooklyn at Mother's Day and Thanksgiving dinner celebrations; an ant- violence toward women campaign on the steps of City Hall; nursing homes, Veterans facilities, and at The Barclay Center, singing a 4-part a cappella arrangement of "The Star Spangled Banner" for the first Brooklyn Nets 2014 play-off game. @brooklyncommunitymenschorus
