  Associate Director - Macomb County Outreach

  I have over 16 years of progressively responsible administrative work experience at Oakland University. In my current role as associate director of Macomb County Outreach, I assist the Executive Director in strategic planning initiatives through benchmarking and recommending standards to measure achieved outcomes. I am directly responsible for the creation and maintenance of all data reports and data dashboards for Outreach. In addition, I am responsible for creating program budgets and monitor revenue and expenses for Macomb County operations including accounts payable and purchasing related activities. I also oversee inventory, upgrade and maintenance of technology and related equipment at our locations. Current projects involve assisting with oversight of all aspects of OU's Macomb University Center operations, supporting the Outreach's IT Help Desk/Ticket system, creating a life cycle database for all equipment at existing locations and creating data reports highlighting OU’s impact in Macomb County.
  
  My administrative and educational experiences have helped to cultivate me into a passionate educator and administrator with a well-rounded background. I have had the unique opportunities to develop and analyze programs from the ground up, cultivate and maintain relationships to further department expansion, and development opportunities leading to enhanced donor relations and increased funding for projects.
