  Wet Plate collodion lecture and eight hour demonstration and instruction. Graduate students within the sculpture and photographic departments were challenged to learn the mechanics of the process and to transcend the idea of being specifically rooted within a historical context. Historic processes were non-standardized

  insomuch as to instill room for growth and innovation.
