I developed this role for an independent McDonald's Franchise to streamline their HR processes and assist store managers in training and retention. I conducted all interviews (both initial and exit) for a four store McDonald’s franchise. I lead orientations for groups of new store crew members

Following a renovation project
I was hired to establish a technology training program that would utilize the brand new computer labs and work with the Adult Services Department Manager to establish multifaceted training programs for the library. I also served as the point of contact coordinating one on on sessions and proctoring services for the library
establishing and prioritizing individualized service. I mentored two part-time librarians to assist in User Instruction (both of whom moved into Full Time careers within a year).
