Professor Murphy is a great person, just not with lectures. They were very confusing. We barely got and examples of codes, the quizzes and exams are ridiculous, and I hardly ever knew what was going on. If I didn't make friends, I would have dropped really fast. I am conflicted though because he is amazing otherwise. He is funny and very insightful.

Awful

Professor Murphy is absolutely the worst. He never graded one of my assignments, giving me a D in the course. He never responded to any of my emails regarding the matter before, or after grades were posted. Laboratories have nothing to do with the lecture and he's not helpful too. Also, it's the most boring lectures I've ever attended. I suggest that you do not take his class.
