Professor Johnson was the worst teacher I've ever had. Graded my essay, which is worth 30% of my grade, the last day to drop the class. There were no other parts that were really graded. Most people failed the essay but he screwed me and I can't even drop the class. He just ruined my GPA. I advise that you do not take his class.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS. Prof. Johnson is an extremely tough grader. His 3 essays take up to 80% of your grade. This class is a total waste of time. He spent most of the time talking about the word dialect. His essay subjects are extremely hard to write about and he isn't helpful at all. Majority failed this class. In ENG1101, I got a 97% and I couldn't manage to get an A here.

The prompts are broad and Professor Johnson doesn't give enough in the prompt to write the 1700-2500 word papers. His quizzes are very poorly done and always result in a large majority of the class failing. He shows the results after, but even after the whole class and him sees the terrible results, he does nothing to change his teaching or the exams. I will give him 1 out of 10.
