Professor Covalt is amazing, his class is really simple. As long as you follow his instructions you will do good, however there is a heavy amount of work.

All you have to do is to follow Professor Covalt's instructions and examples, ask him questions and submit your work on time. By doing this, you'll do well and you will learn a lot in the process. His Canvas is set up in a very straight forward manner. So, it's easy for you to follow and everything you need is there. His videos are great too. Also, he drops the lowest three laboratory reports and quizzes.

Prof. Covalt gives a lot of work, but this isn't his fault. It's actually the work that comes with the class. Honestly, from what I heard, he gives less work than the other profs. He doesn't give lab practical and final exam. Grades only come from pre-lab quizzes and lab reports. He even drops your lowest three of those.

Prof. Covalt is very caring as long as he sees you put in effort as well. He gives you a break if you need to. If he doesn't, that's only because he already gave you one with lots of dropped quizzes and assignments. When you come into class, you already get 6 freebies. Even though you do terrible on lab reports 3 times, it wouldn't affect your grade. Same goes for quizzes.

Dr. Covalt is fantastic, he is very flexible, and is always reachable, even at 1 am. You'll do good, as long as you follow his directions when it comes to his way of writing, and turning lab reports in. He also drops a large amount of lab reports, and quizzes.

Prof. Covalt is awesome! He understands where you're coming from so he's very much willing to work with you. He drops the 4 lowest quizzes and 4 lab reports. You also get 8 freebies! You can get an A even if you have a couple of bad weeks. There's no other prof like him! He may be tough sometimes, but he balances it out by his flexibility.
