I took Prof. Goodman for Chem 101 and 221. He's much more lax in his 221 class. It's very important to master chemistry and attend workshops. Reading the textbook is helpful as well. For 221, he's kind of a different person though. He's very caring and patient. He's a lot more stern for 101. He's amazing!!

I've taken Professor Goodman for Chemistry 101 and Biochemistry 221. His biochemistry class was much better. Doing assigned readings before the lectures is very helpful. But when studying for exams, just focus on what he covered in lecture.
