Awesome

Prof. Posner is one of the best profs I have met in the campus especially in the UX area. Her lectures were always interesting and fun. Best one was that we did group project instead of exam. Project was pretty easy and you could honestly get a good mark if you had little experience on designing.

Awesome

Professor Posner is hands down one of the best UX professors you can have. She is very knowledgeable, has great experience in the industry, and an awesome network of UX/HF professionals. You should definitely take her course if you are interested in learning about design thinking or building a career in design. You will learn all the essentials. The course is a lot of work though.

And including such clients as Apple, Microsoft, Yahoo!, Visa, Pitney Bowes, Bell Mobility, Autodesk, Centre for Global eHealth Innovation. Always aiming to balance the needs of real users, with business goals and technological constraints, to make systems beyond “user friendly.” Ideally systems should be “invisible!” The only way to achieve that goal is to focus on users throughout system design – using demographic information and user research towards the development of personas, detailed user needs and scenarios, into system’s usability requirements, and prototyping and testing the design early and often with real users. System design that revolves around user needs and iterates cycles of design, user testing, and development can result in successful adoption, reduced total costs and improving users lives.
