There's a reason there is not one bad review here. Prof. Scoggins is one of the best professors at Polk State. She is very passionate about teaching us about art and really loves what she does. I wish I had found her classes sooner so I could've taken more before I left. Her art is as gorgeous as she is (seriously, who paints light like that!!?)
