I was able to meet Professor Smith during her office hours. She gave me great advice. She cares about SFA and her students.

Average

Obviously, Professor Gammel-Smith was not knowledgeable about her own material. Tests were given every week. Ten minutes for ten questions and half of those can't be found in the chapter. Relatively, it's an easy class, but the load of assignments were annoying. I will not take her class again.

Good

I took her online IO psych class, and the material was very interesting! To do well in class, you must put forth effort and read the textbook. You'll also need to write a lot because you have a quiz and a discussion post due each week. But, in general, she's wonderful and genuinely cares about the children! You can see that she wants you to do well!
