I'm a linguistic and business anthropologist that straddles academia and pop culture. My 15 years of experience in ethnographic research methods includes participant observation, digital ethnography, home ethnography, individual interviews, focus groups, surveys, linguistic analysis, usability testing, and videography and photography of everyday activities. I use these methods to figure out what is meaningful to people, how people think about their world, and how they think about themselves in the world in relation to others.
