Professor Schumann is not a hard instructor. However, the way he structures his test can be a bit confusing. The things that we would study in class, sort of showed up in tests. However, reading the book will be your friend. You don't have to read a lot. Just understand the concepts and the ideas being shown. Otherwise, he's a good teacher. And I'd definitely recommend people to take his class.
