After having served as an English faculty member for many years, I currently chair Business Ed. & Technology Department at Paterson Public School district in New Jersey. I hold a doctorate in Educational Technology. My area of interest in research is improving cognitive skills using modern tools of technology. I am also a visiting English faculty member at a number of colleges in and around the tristate area. As a state-certified Literacy Specialist, I am interested in the issues of literacy for urban education. I am also a state-certified K-12 Principal and Supervisor in public education. I am particularly interested in improving literacy in South America, South Asia, and the Middle East.

As an independent education consultant, I conduct staff development workshops for Reading and Writing faculty. I also offer workshops in improving memory skills using Google Maps, an innovative approach to using ancient Greek method of Loci for memorization.
