Professor Bouma is tough in the sense that he doesn't accept late work. In every mistake, he takes off large points from exams. Honestly, if you're careless and a procrastinator, it's hard to get an A. There was an incident that I missed an assignment but he realized the care I put in my work and reached out, allowing a pass to turn in my late assignment. Over all, I learned so much in this class.
