352 for most people is an incredibly difficult course. However, Doctor O'Neil genuinely cares about your success inside and outside of his class. He's there to lend help. I dealt with some health issues last quarter. He proactively reached out to me when he saw me struggling. When it comes to his office hours, he's very flexible too. I can't recommend him enough.
