HR Metrics, Data Analysis and Talent Review is my current focus. Former experience includes leading compensation team to develop efficient and cutting edge compensation processes, pay and incentive structures and manager self-service tools. Cut error rate to less than a-third of the company standard.
Former President of the Atlanta Area Compensation Association where I led a 12 person board. I also serve as an Adjunct Professor at Georgia State University, focusing on Compensation and Total Rewards. Additionally, I work with HRPMO developing training courses focused on integrating critical project management skills and HR functions.
