O'Neal-Moffitt Psychology She is a great teacher, her lectures are very interesting and very good. They have lots of information. She adds interesting real life topics into the lectures, and gives out extra credit randomly if you include her lecture topics in the answers that you give in her exams. She will give extra credit just for showing up to class! Her exams are pretty easy, just make sure you fill out her study questions and know the answers to each one (quizz letts are the way to go) and you're 100% set!

While the material can be difficult (PSB2000 is categorized like CHM1045 or BSC2010 as a natural science) Doctor O'Neal-Moffitt made the material come to life. Also, she genuinely cares about her students well-being and learning. I would definitely take her again in a heartbeat.

Beware! There will be a quiz every single day of class. The professor doesn't give you a break. The whole semester is composed of four exams and twenty quizzes. There is an unnecessary amount of pop quizzes as well. She's a good teacher, but not worth the trouble.

Prof. Gina is very friendly but her teaching style is sporadic. She often speeds through the material and says "this should be a review", even though there are no pre-reqs for this course. I'm not really sure which high school teaches neuroscience but I'm pretty sure mine did not. Her exams also have way too many chapters on them. This is honestly the hardest class I've taken.
Awesome
In the psych department, Dr. Gina is a jewel! She is an excellent teacher, and her lectures are usually fascinating! She is patient and kind to her students, and she makes every effort to be approachable. DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS IF YOU ARE LAZY OR DO NOT GO TO CLASS ON A REGULAR BASIS! She isn't for students who aren't really interested in going to college! Dr. Gina is fantastic!

The transition to online was quite shaky (there were no lecture videos), but pretty manageable. She really shows that she cares about what she teaches and that she wants us to succeed as long as we put in the effort and ask questions when we need help. A short quiz was given in the first 5 minutes of each lesson to help you prepare for tests; the final was not cumulative.
Poor
This course was never designed to be online. Also, it doesn't help when Professor O'Neal-Moffitt expects you to read the PowerPoints and understand the information, without her somehow explaining what she meant. I didn't really like how she handled the transition.
Awful
At first Professor O'Neal-Moffitt was a good one. However, she became distant and vague when we switched to virtual learning. She didn't give clear instructions and instead gave piled-up tons of homework. She also makes you use honor lock on exams. Honestly, it's impossible to get an A in this class.
Awful
Professor O'Neal-Moffitt used to be a great teacher and gave really interesting lectures. However, since transferring to online learning because of the pandemic, she's become horrible. She doesn't update us on anything, upload lectures, or let us use HonorLock for exams until the very end. I suggest not taking her class.

I'm very disappointed in the way Doctor O'Neal-Moffitt handled the transition to online learning. There was not enough communication. Also, there were no recorded lectures, we basically had to learn everything for ourselves during this stressful time. He also made us use honor lock, that put the most pressure on the class. I honestly expected more from a professor whose class was so amazing in person.

Professor O'Neal-Moffitt is easy to get in touch with. He's quite an interesting one. Lectures drag on and attendance is compulsory. It wasn't necessarily an easy A, but it wasn't a very difficult class.
Awful
I enjoyed attending Professor O'Neal-Moffitt her lectures. Even if it is difficult to master, she will make the material interesting. But since the transition to online learning, I've been very disappointed with how the classroom has changed. She lacked communication and did not offer any video lectures. The lab no longer exists as well. For a class that focuses on brain substrates, I expected more.
Awesome
I took psychology classes with Professor O'Neal-Moffitt. I can say she's amazing. She's always available anytime you need her. Her work wasn't difficult at all. There were online quizzes that matched what she taught, which also helped us with our grades. Class lectures are not boring either. And she's very outgoing when she gives lectures. She interacts with her students during the classes. Overall, she's the best.
