  Adjunct Professor

  Part-time faculty member of the School of Management, Master of Management Program, and Undergraduate Studies program. Prepares lesson plans and teaches on-ground, hybrid, and online classes. Counsels and mentors students and provides writing training/instruction. Member of the Public Relations Outreach Committee.

  As a full-time faculty member with administrative duties and responsibilities, prepared lesson plans and taught classes. Participated in the hiring, credentialing, mentoring, and training processes for new instructors. Conducted instructor classroom observations and evaluated instructor performance. Wrote and administered adjunct faculty contracts. Mentored and tutored students. Served as a member of the national Westwood College Faculty Council. Recommended curriculum improvements, and reviewed textbooks. Created and assigned student and faculty class schedules. Opened and closed the college campus, and served as the duty person overseeing college operations as needed.
  
  Maintained high personal student retention, and was involved in administrative duties and tasks geared to reduce overall program attrition. Assisted students and the Career Services Department in the job placement process by teaching, training, and preparing students for meaningful work, hosting employing organizations in classes, and facilitating professional guest speaking sessions.
