Quizzes with only 3 questions that will fail you. No classroom teaching. His instructors do all the work. His student instructors are English professors from Harvard. His lab is too long with too much information. If you miss the lab you will fail.

Sullivan did not help. The teaching assistant was bad. She acted like they were experts and they were expected to know everything. I did not do well on the quizz but still made an 85 for lab. If you do well on assignments and study for the quizzes it will make a difference when calculating your lab avg. An A is achievable. It was a boring class.
