Doctor Colon is one of the finest professors I've had at Vanderbilt University. GPUS consists mainly of a lot of reading and short reading assignments. However, he's very helpful and always available during his office hours. His class is early, but waking up for it is worth it, especially for those who're interested in global relations and politics.
