Prof. Leinberger is very funny and nice! Class is rigorous and test heavy. However, most of it is actually to prepare you for the company paper and final exam. This is probably the hardest class I've ever taken but I'm just really happy that I passed. You'll get frustrated along the way but you'll also take away a lot of great knowledge.

You will have to teach yourself in this class if you expect to learn managerial finance. If you need any extensions, he will give you time as long as you talk to him. He's a really nice guy but you'll have to put in a lot of work. He also passes everyone with a C, so prepare yourself for that as well. GOOD LUCK.
