Jones is nice but he gives quizzes during his lectures. Don't bother going to his lectures. Take course 142. Watch out! Jones will give the class a moral lecture

CS 142 with Professor Jones is difficult. There are no prerequisites for the class, but you would do a lot better if you knew basics before going into it. I do not feel as if we learned much from the lectures. I felt that I learned more looking at code he and other students wrote. You also have to teach yourself almost everything from zybooks.
