Graduate Teaching Fellow
- As composition instructor, taught undergraduate writing composition courses of 18-22 students per section. Developed and presented lectures, class materials and assignment prompts; led large-group discussions; and reviewed, responded to and graded a high volume of essays with quick turnaround.
- As composition tutor, coached over 300 undergraduate students in drafting and revising essays at the Center for Teaching Writing at the University of Oregon.

Office Administrator
- Conducts editorial reviews of proposals, technical memoranda, reports, industry articles, and research/public sector manuals for national transportation consulting company. Leads/assists in creating and producing proposal booklets with technical and marketing staff. Serves as a resource in solving document formatting issues on Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word.
- As part of social media team, maintains company social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn; and collaborates in developing and executing social media strategy for regional and national conferences and other industry events. Creates, updates, and edits company website pages on Wordpress.
- Supports ongoing projects by designing and monitoring online surveys; collecting and recording observational data; and drafting contracts.
- Responsible for administrative duties in four California offices (Oakland, San Francisco, Sacramento, Orange County) and engages in a wide range of firmwide responsibilities. Duties include assisting in employee onboarding and hiring schedules; conducting/transcribing interviews with client contacts for project feedback; maintaining communication with remote office staff regularly in order ensure smooth office operation; on- and off-site event planning; and coordinating travel arrangements.
