-Document solutions in Salesforce ticketing system
Undergraduate Teaching Assistant
Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Digital Humanity, an interdisciplinary course about the relationship between humans and computing devices. As a TA, I held weekly office hours, gave students verbal and written feedback on their work, and tracked student attendance and assignment completion for a class of 50 undergrads.

As a records management clerk, I reported to the Records Management Supervisor for the Town of Orchard Park. The town was in the process of conducting an inventory of its inactive records and properly housing them for long-term storage.

-Estimated supply and time costs for ongoing records inventory and rehousing projects
-Researched availability and cost of supplies, recommend sources to purchase from
-Assisted in the development of policies and procedures for organizing records
-Optimized procedures to make use of budget and staff time
-Researched retention periods for town documents
-Manipulated data relating to records in spreadsheets
-Assisted Records Management Supervisor in training employees and prioritizing tasks
Lifeguard
-Communicated with a team of lifeguards and waterfront supervisor to maintain a safe environment at a busy public beach
