I am a recent graduate from Oregon State University with a major in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Business and Entrepreneurship. I am interested in working in a dynamic engineering position that allows me to utilize my soft skills as well as my technical knowledge. I love interacting with people as well as designing systems and processes.

My projects throughout this internship revolved on improving the safety of workers. I learned to communicate with a variety of stakeholders in order to implement a project. Some of my projects were built in-house while others were outsourced to vendors.

Mechanical Engineering Intern
I interned in the Commercial Business Unit at the SSBO plant. Many of my projects focused on improving the safety of workers by improving the ergonomics of current fixtures or designing new fixtures to be used during the rework process.

Undergraduate Teaching Assistant
Undergraduate Teaching Assistants (UGTAs) are in charge of conducting two or three two
hour labs for students who are enrolled in the introduction course for Mechanical,
Industrial, Manufacturing, or Energy Systems Engineering. These labs include a
technical portion and a success portion. UGTAs are also in charge of grading homework
assigned in the labs as well as respond to students' emails when needed.
College of Engineering Student Ambassador
College of Engineering Ambassadors are responsible for giving tours to prospective students and their families, visiting high schools to educate students about Engineering, supporting faculty and staff when hosting events for alumni or visitors, hosting events to welcome new students, giving tours for groups at the O.H. Hinsdale Wave Lab, and supporting many other events that the College of Engineering conducts.
