Els is a veteran Stage Manager with over 25 years of experience who currently serves as the Head of Production at the USC School of Dramatic Arts. She presides as Production Manager for over 20 productions per academic year, hiring support staff and guest artists as well as partnering with professional theatres around Los Angeles. Els creates a safe framework where emotionally and physically risky creative work can take place. Her passion for teaching, mentoring, and improving the lives of others is evident in everything she does.
