I was interested in cooking in general and decided to explore baking because it incorporates three of my favorite things: food, art, and science. This class is for you if you are passionate about it. Chef Betsy is tough, but she clearly knows her stuff and she can really explain how baking works. You're going to learn a lot of critical lessons from her that will train you for the workforce.
