She teaches old ideas and doesn't know or use new ways of doing things. The way she talks can be confusing and it's often hard to understand because she doesn't use full sentences. She doesn't act properly as a teacher. She says bad things about other teachers and tries to make students not like each other. Don't think you're going to be treated the same as everyone else, and make sure you keep track of everything that happens.
