Directed all aspects of food and beverage operations for the venue to include catering and weekly charitable fundraiser dinners. Increased venue occupancy from an annual 7% to over 90% within six months.
Merou Grotto is a nonprofit organization under the Grotto's of North America. Funds raised are used in conjunction with the Grotto Humanitarian Foundation to assist in providing dental work for special needs children in the local Lafayette/West Lafayette area.
