Prof. Roeder was amazing! He is genuinely interested in history and his students. He teaches so that he can see his students excel. Roeder assigns homework that makes you think and gives you your own opinion on a topic, unlike other classes that offer generic homework that can get lost in all the other classes. For me, it was a fantastic experience.

He's a fantastic professor!! There's no way you can fail if you show up to class and turn in your work. He genuinely cares about his students and their overall success, and he responds to every email within 5 minutes or less. He's amazing; I'd definitely recommend him, and I'd certainly take him again!

Prof. Edward was amazing! He is genuinely concerned about his students' progress. This class is quite easy if you keep up with the readings and complete the homework on time. Don't be shy about asking questions; he's always willing to listen! I would take this lecturer again in a heartbeat.

I took Professor Roeder for History 1301 and 1302. He cares a lot about his students and his lectures were exceptional. Attendance is not mandatory, but there were many daily grades that were done in the classroom. Overall, he's one of my favorite professors ever. Do take his class if you have a chance.
