Tapp teaches Psychology Tapp does not have an office on campus. If you want to ask a questions, forget it. There is no one there to answer the door. Does not respond to telephone calls and does not respond to emails. He grading is random and sporadic. tests have nothing to do with class material. Teaching method is poorly. Can not recommend this teacher
