  Community Employment Coordinator

  Provided the vision, strategic direction and tactical implementation to help Bethphage clients obtain a job in the community and be as independent as possible.
  Directed staff to ensure all clients well being were consistently met and exceeded expectations.
  Assessed the clients’ yearly evaluations that were done by staff.
  Recruited and hired staff, scheduled training programs, staff scheduling, and conducted yearly evaluations.
  Key Achievements:
  • Started a full service gas station in Holdrege to train clients on the job site
  • Started a Recycling Center in Holdrege to train clients to live as productive as possible
  • Found job for clients in businesses in town
  • Educated Holdrege community about the clients
