• Coordinated the New Brunswick Community College Instructor Development Program (province-wide), Certificate in Adult Education, and Bachelor of Education in Adult Education programs.
• Evaluated the employment experiences of teaching assistants, established best practices and facilitated their adoption by Renaissance College, UNB. I have subsequently led best practice workshops at Carleton University and Saint Mary’s University.
• Reviewed the effectiveness of the Bachelor of Integrated Studies (BIS) program and suggested curricular improvements. The model uses prior learning assessment, part-time study, and individualized programming to help adults make career changes and advance their career goals.
• Part of a multi-disciplinary team awarded the prestigious National Alan Blizzard Award for collaborative projects that enhance student learning.
