Good
I definitely loved Prof. Braunhut's class. Considering that this is 5b, it is quite expected that he sometimes has to glaze over material quickly and he runs behind a bit. He's passionate about teaching math. He's always willing to help whenever you ask him questions. He's a pretty tough teacher, but he's totally worth it.
Awful
Prof. Braunhut’s stat class was very confusing. I wouldn’t recommend taking it if you’re learning something new for the first time. He gives tons of homework and is very strict about attendance. Sometimes, he changes the value of homework to higher points, thus, making it impossible to miss one day.
Awesome
Every student I talked to really liked Professor Braunhut, so I went ahead and took the class. Really glad I made the decision to go and do so. While math can be a bit difficult for me Ed really made things much more understandable. While in other classes you can find students sleeping, I've never seen that happen in his class. If you don't really want to interact just take the online class.
Awful
I wouldn't recommend taking his class. He's very sloppy. I honestly don't understand where these good reviews are coming from because anyone I've ever talked to about him says and knows that he is a horrible teacher. I think he could be a good tutor for people with prior knowledge. He doesn't teach step by step though so pls don't waste your time.
