Awesome
Roblyer is really a wonderful professor. He give five tests and assigns homework every week. Additionally, he gives up to six extra credit points (provided you do the work) directly to your final grade. He really wants student to learn. Hes makes his slides available online. He will make you work for your A, but it is def doable.
Good
Overall, I thought the class was pretty easy. Roblyer's exams are not as hard as he describes them to be - but you still need to take time to study. Homework is due on a weekly basis and offers up to half a letter grade in extra credit. Roblyer is somewhat politically neutral and offers a unique perspective on both sides of the aisle. Average
Dwight gives homework every week. That buffers your grade. His tests come directly from his lectures. The tests are poorly worded. It is hard to study for his tests. If you pay attention in class and if you go to his study hours, maybe you'll get a good grade.
Good
Roblyer is a super cool professor and made his lectures interesting in class. He has a lot of good experiences and stories to share which made his class entertaining. His class is definitely achievable but you need a little bit of work.
Awesome
If you're under Professor Roblyer, you will be fine if you don't go to class. Every lecture slide is available online. The first half of our exams covers a few readings from the textbook. It's a just a few pages that he specifies and they were basically review of what we had learned in the lecture slides. I almost never attend the class but it was always interesting. He is a very nice professor and I highly recommend his class to other students.
Awesome
Professor Roblyer is really a sweet man who cares a lot about you as a person and wants you to succeed. He did not use the textbook too much but it was helpful in some cases. Just attend his class, pay attention in lecture, take good notes and do the homework. He will also post all the lectures online ahead of time. Overall, a super great person and professor.
