Prof Weiner wasn't bad, but he wasn't particularly memorable. I would attend lectures but they were not actually required. Grading comes from essays and participation in discussions. You'll get an A if you just answer the prompt, and you'll want to get along with your TA because they'll be doing majority of the grading. You'll be fine if you keep up with your readings.
