Doug Joyce is an educator and management professional with broad experience in Information Systems as well as Higher Education. He brings decades of experience in project management, software development, and post-secondary vocational training, as well as experience as a consultant to Federal, state, and local government agencies. He has made significant contributions to learning organizations' adoption of 21st century technologies, including participation in successful application for Higher Learning Commission (HLC) accreditation of online programs, and expanded use of electronic tools for student registration, faculty posting of grades, and resource utilization management. He has also overseen numerous conferences, including The Norris Institute’s Norris Lecture Series.
