Grill, Ph.D.
Scranton, Pennsylvania
I currently work at ResCare. In this role I have worked with college aged students and clients, making sure that the students were progressing in their career choices.
I am truly passionate about student success in higher education and my role in helping to create that success. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, my favorite is seeing a struggling student reach their learning goals and outcomes. As we go through a collaborative learning relationship, they learn how to control their own learning with me assisting them through the process.
Colleagues know me as someone who puts the needs of the company first. I will work hard to create a successful project or outcome but I know that I have to be a team player in order to be successful. I like to spend time getting to know the needs of the company before suggesting ideas.
